Administrative and Operational Management:** * **Personnel Administration:** Control, scanning, and integration of electronic and physical personnel files. * **Employee Lifecycle Management:** End-to-end management of onboarding, offboarding, and status changes with relevant authorities. * **Pre\-payroll Support:** Recording of attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime) and distribution of pay cards. * **Technical Calculations:** Preparation of severance payments, settlements, and indemnities in accordance with current regulations. **2\. Talent Acquisition:** * Execution of end-to-end **recruitment and selection processes**. * Use of effective strategies to attract operational and administrative profiles. **3\. Development and Organizational Climate:** * **Employee Support:** Serving as the first point of contact for inquiries, follow-up, and resolution of internal conflicts. * **Culture:** Supporting the organization of corporate events and initiatives to improve workplace climate. * **Training:** Coordination and follow-up of professional training and development programs. **What We’re Looking For (Requirements)** * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** in similar roles involving personnel administration and HR processes. * **Technical Knowledge:** \* Proficiency in the Federal Labor Law (regulatory compliance). * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel at Basic to Intermediate level is essential). * Familiarity with any **Applicant Tracking System (ATS)** or HR management software. * **Administrative Skills:** Excellent organizational ability, absolute discretion, and attention to detail. **Your Key Skills and Competencies** * **Leadership and Communication:** Ability to lead processes and convey information clearly across all levels. * **Service Orientation:** Commitment to addressing and resolving employees’ needs. * **Problem Solving:** Agility in managing conflicts and proposing effective solutions. * **Strategic Vision:** Talent management focused on both employee and company growth.
