That’s why we seek young professionals with vision, energy, and passion who wish to grow professionally within a Mexican company with global impact. **What will you do?** * Coordinate and manage employees’ professional, personal, and economic development * Develop visual tools for talent attraction * Analyze job requirements and select appropriate talent-attracting channels * Post job vacancies on job boards and social media * Generate incident reports and verify payroll reporting and operations * Calculate operational bonuses * Address payroll clarifications, biweekly bonuses, and incidents * Conduct pre-employment background checks (DNC) and manage training courses aligned with staff needs * Carry out performance evaluations and workplace climate surveys * Monitor action plans aimed at improving workplace climate * Calculate monthly indicators (KPIs) * Ensure legal compliance regarding talent management and development * Onboard new hires * Manage documentation related to employee hiring and termination * Track documentation for corrective actions and action plans addressing areas for improvement ***We offer:*** * Base salary: **$9,632** + punctuality bonus: **$500** * Work schedule: ***Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.*** and ***Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.*** * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Opportunities for professional and economic growth ***What we’re looking for in you!*** Passion for organizational talent development Communication and assertiveness skills Organizational and talent management skills Proactive attitude, analytical thinking, and commitment Desire to grow within a Mexican company with a global vision Experience as an HR analyst/coordinator or in related fields Intermediate Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, analysis) Proficiency in graphic design software (Canva, Affinity Designer, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Talent Management, or related field (internship completed or degree conferred) Position type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,600.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone Workplace: On-site employment
