




Main Activities * Support in the personnel selection process: candidate sourcing, resume review, interview scheduling, and follow-up with applicants. * Assist in payroll management and employment documentation (contracts, certificates, data updates). * Collaborate in onboarding programs for new employees. * Support the organization of workplace climate activities and team development. * Maintain up-to-date personnel records and databases. * Assist in performance evaluation processes and career planning. * Collaborate in the management of employment benefits and compliance with labor regulations.
