**Multi-Unit Operations Manager – Restaurants (Mexico City, Torre Latinoamericana)** At Grupo Torre Latino, we are seeking a key profile to drive the evolution of our restaurant operations. We are not looking for a traditional manager. We seek someone who can **transform operations into a system and service into a consistent, replicable experience.** **Position Objective** Standardize, optimize, and scale operations across two units, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a **homogeneous, replicable service culture**. **Key Responsibilities** * Standardize operational processes across both units * Design and implement customer service protocols * Ensure consistency in the customer experience * Monitor key performance indicators: costs, waste, productivity, and service * Lead kitchen, floor, and administrative teams * Implement operational and experience-related KPIs * Train and align the team around a service-oriented culture * Lead teams under a strong service culture **What We Are Looking For:** * \+5 years of restaurant operations experience * Experience in structured restaurant chains (**mandatory**) * **(Chili’s, Italianni’s, La Vicenta, Porfirio’s, Toks, Vips, Starbucks, Alsea or similar)** * Experience in cost control and operations * Experience in structured restaurant chains * Focus on processes and standardization * Ability to build a service culture * Operational leadership with execution discipline**Education:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree **(Business Administration, Tourism, Gastronomy or related field)** * Preferred background in operations, hospitality, or service management **We Offer** $50,000 monthly gross Statutory benefits Enhanced benefits Events Incentive trips **Key Competencies:** * Systems thinking * Operational leadership * Results orientation * Execution discipline * Customer orientation * Ability to build a service culture **We Are Looking For Someone Who:** * Does not improvise — **structures** * Does not just operate — **standardizes** * Does not just serve — **builds a service experience** **Location:** Mexico City – Torre Latinoamericana Salary: Starting at $50,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
