Join us and grow professionally—Montrer University is hiring: ***Gastronomic Warehouse Manager.*** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, Tourism, or Administration. * Professional degree and license **(mandatory).** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse management or supply control. * Preferred training in warehouse control or inventory management. * Experience in managing major and minor equipment (utensils, tools, and specialized equipment). * Knowledge of hygiene standards and food handling practices. * Proficiency in physical and digital inventory management and application of the FIFO system. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and safeguard the culinary laboratory warehouse. * Control the inflow and outflow of supplies, materials, and equipment. * Verify compliance with safety and hygiene standards. * Supervise the usage, maintenance, and condition of equipment and utensils. * Receive suppliers, prepare orders, maintain order and cleanliness, generate reports, and coordinate with faculty and academic administration.
