We are looking for **Fullstack Developers** eager to grow, learn, and contribute value both technically and collaboratively! **Work Mode**: * **Hybrid**: Remote work with biweekly office attendance. * **Working Hours:** Monday–Thursday 9:00–18:30, Friday 9:00–15:30 **Role Objective:** Create, develop, and maintain software applications and programs delivering efficient, secure, and high-quality technological solutions—ensuring proper functionality while supporting business needs using technologies such as **PHP with frameworks and Java/Grails**. **Main Responsibilities**: * Development of applications in **PHP with frameworks and Java/Grails**. * Development of **REST APIs, HTML markup, and bug resolution**. * Integration and consumption of REST APIs. * Analysis of functional requirements. * Incident resolution and evolutionary maintenance. * Participation in continuous improvement of development processes. * Work adhering to security standards and best practices. **Requirements**: * Minimum **2 years** of development experience **(HTML, PHP, Java)**. **Technical Knowledge**: * **Java** (Intermediate / Advanced) * **PHP** (Intermediate / Advanced) * **CSS** * **HTML5** * **JavaScript** * **jQuery** * Oracle database handling (Intermediate / Advanced level) * **SQL** (Intermediate / Advanced level) * Experience integrating **REST APIs**. **Desirable**: * Experience in cloud environments **(AWS)**. * Experience developing within the **financial or banking sector**. * Knowledge of **Analytics** (Google Tag Manager, heatmaps) and **database normalization**.
