Dynamic work environment at a technology startup **Full Stack Developer (Python / Odoo / AI)** Location: On-site – San Luis Potosí, SLP Position Type: 9\-5 At **On Rent X**, we are building Mexico’s leading heavy machinery rental platform. We seek a Full Stack Developer with experience in Python and Odoo, interested in integrating Artificial Intelligence solutions into real-world projects. We want someone proactive, results-oriented, and eager to grow within an expanding technology startup. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and implement features on our web platform (Next.js \+ FastAPI) * Develop and customize modules in Odoo 18 to meet business needs * Integrate AI-based tools and solutions * Maintain and support existing systems * Optimize application performance, scalability, and usability * Collaborate with backend and frontend teams on integration and automation projects **Requirements** * Proven experience in Python (minimum 1 year) * Knowledge of JavaScript / React (minimum 1 year) * Knowledge of HTML and CSS * Academic background in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (degree or final semesters) * Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills **Desirable (not mandatory)** * Experience with Odoo (configuration, customization, and module development) * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning * Experience with databases (PostgreSQL) * Proficiency with version control tools (Git) * Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or FastAPI **We Offer** * Participate in innovative projects involving AI, Odoo, and modern technologies * Real opportunities for professional growth within the company * Dynamic work environment at a technology startup * Flexible working hours * National and international clients * Potential hiring through the government program Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro (program requirements apply) **Application Question(s):** * How many years of experience do you have with Python? * Have you worked with Odoo?
