Activities: Enter received fruit into the system after verification. Weigh, identify, and record raw materials in the EPICOR system. Perform warehouse-to-production transfers. Verify fruit transfer information: weight (kg), supplier, code, variety, etc. Inventory management. Maintain accurate and timely inventory stock information. Manage FIFO (First-In, First-Out) via system. Submit inventory, consumption, and receipt reports; assist with order and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with BPMS (Good Manufacturing Practices). Supervise proper use of equipment and raw materials. Generate correct labeling for incoming raw materials, ensuring timely and accurate identification. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or incomplete studies in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
