Job Summary: Design product concepts through sketches, renders, and 3D models, selecting materials and manufacturing processes, creating prototypes, and collaborating with production. Flexible, deliverables-oriented work Responsibilities: Develop product concepts through sketches, renders, and 3D models, selecting appropriate materials and manufacturing processes. You must create prototypes, perform design adjustments based on testing, directly collaborate with the production department, and attend technical meetings both virtually and in person. Technical Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or related field with 2 to 4 years of experience (or a very strong portfolio). Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino, or Fusion 360\) is mandatory, as well as in-depth knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, manufacturing processes, materials, and ergonomics. Work Arrangement: Work is conducted on a project-based payment model with a quarterly contract. The schedule is flexible and oriented toward meeting deliverables, operating in a hybrid mode (combining remote work with in-person meetings). Tools and Equipment: It is mandatory to have personal computing equipment capable of running design and rendering software. Additional Notes: An updated portfolio is required, availability for client visits, and openness to continuous adjustments and changes. Prior freelance experience and experience in physical product development are especially valued. The group has three business lines, all of which receive service.
