Direct exposure to clients and real business challenges **Position: Forward Deployment Engineer (AI)** **Work Mode:** Remote / Hybrid **Employment Type:** Full-time ***\- About the Role*** We are looking for a senior **Forward Deployment Engineer (AI)** passionate about implementing artificial intelligence solutions in real business environments. This role combines engineering, architecture, and direct client engagement, participating in the deployment, adaptation, and scaling of **AI, machine learning, and generative AI** solutions in production environments. You will serve as a key bridge between technology and business, ensuring robust, scalable, and tangibly impactful solutions. ***\- Key Responsibilities*** * Work directly with clients to understand complex problems and translate them into AI-driven solutions. * Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements definition. * Deploy **AI/ML and Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, Agents)** solutions in real-world environments. * Develop PoCs, MVPs, and high-impact production solutions. * Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms. * Optimize solution performance, scalability, security, and reliability. * Participate in CI/CD processes, automation, and MLOps practices. * Perform advanced debugging, error analysis, and code optimization. * Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical and business stakeholders. * Present solutions and results to clients and technical leaders. ***\- Technical Requirements*** * Strong software development experience (Java, Python, Node.js, React, or similar). * Experience in **AI/ML and Generative AI** (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering). * Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and data platforms. * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar). * Knowledge of non-functional requirements (NFR)-oriented development (performance, security, scalability). * Experience deploying end-to-end production solutions. * Familiarity with agile methodologies. * Intermediate-to-advanced English, both spoken and written ***\- Desired / Plus*** * Experience in MLOps, CI/CD, and automation. * Experience in enterprise architectures or framework design. * Experience in highly complex environments or large-scale projects. * Knowledge of Scaled Agile. ***\- Key Skills*** * Analytical thinking and complex problem solving * Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences * Results orientation and business impact focus * Collaborative work and technical leadership * Autonomy and strong sense of ownership ***\- What We Offer*** * Participation in high-impact artificial intelligence projects * Working with cutting-edge technologies (GenAI, LLMs, agents) * Flexible work arrangement (remote) * Continuous professional development and ongoing learning * Direct exposure to clients and real business challenges If you are passionate about bringing artificial intelligence from concept to reality and working on complex, high-impact projects, we want to meet you!
