Position Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician to ensure optimal operation of automatic parking equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing operational continuity. Ongoing training and job stability. **Electromechanical Technician** **Position Objective:** Ensure the proper operation of automatic parking equipment (barriers, card readers, sensors, cameras, display boards, etc.) through timely preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring operational continuity and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** • Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, or mechanical failures in access control and payment equipment. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on barriers, sensors, ticket readers, cameras, and display boards. * Support the installation and configuration of new equipment. * Maintain records of failure reports and maintenance activities performed. * Coordinate with the operations team to address incidents without affecting service. * Comply with safety guidelines and best maintenance practices. **Technical Knowledge:** • Basic and intermediate electricity and electronics. * Motor, control panel, and circuit maintenance. * Basic knowledge of networks or CCTV (desirable). * Interpretation of electrical schematics. * Use of tools and multimeter. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in electromechanical or electronic maintenance (preferably in parking facilities, access systems, or similar equipment). * Availability to work rotating shifts and respond to technical emergencies. * Responsible, organized, and proactive attitude.
