




**ELECTROMECHANICAL MAINTENANCE INSPECTOR FOR CRANES:** The Electromechanical Maintenance Inspector for Cranes is responsible for ensuring the proper operation, inspection, and maintenance of cranes, with a comprehensive focus on electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural systems. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To ensure crane operability and reliability through regular inspections, fault diagnosis, execution and coordination of corrective repairs, as well as implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct periodic and thorough inspections of the electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural systems of STS and RTG cranes to identify potential failures or areas for improvement. * Diagnose complex technical problems and coordinate necessary repairs with the maintenance team. * Supervise and actively participate in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure continuous operability of crane electromechanical systems. * Accurately document all inspection, repair, and maintenance activities performed, ensuring compliance with internal regulations. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all activities carried out. * Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the use, maintenance, and availability of STS and RTG cranes. * Provide technical training and guidance to maintenance personnel to support their skill development. **DESIRED PROFILE:** **Academic Qualifications:** * University degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation and Control, or related fields. * Certifications in industrial safety and heavy equipment operation (desirable). **Work Experience:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance of STS, RTG cranes or similar equipment. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural systems. * Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams. * Proficiency in specialized software such as SAP for maintenance management and Office tools. * Knowledge of technical regulations applicable to STS and RTG cranes. * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve complex technical problems. * Capability to work at heights and under adverse environmental conditions. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
