These projects typically last between 6 to 12 months but may extend up to 2 years. * Develops PowerPoint presentations and other graphical presentations to communicate progress, share best practices, or provide updates. * May be asked to analyze data using Excel or other analytical tools. * May be asked to assume certain aspects of a full-time role within the function the intern is studying. For example, may be asked to write software code if in an engineering internship, or perform compensation analysis if in a human resources internship. * May be asked to participate in early talent events, seminars, or training sessions. * Performs assignments requiring trust and accuracy **Quality Expectations:** 1\. Complete all scheduled quality and compliance training within defined timelines 2\. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions. **Required Qualifications:** 1\. Undergraduate student from the 5th semester onward, with one year remaining to graduation. (Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related field) 2\. Currently enrolled in a degree program leading to a bachelor’s or technical degree (or equivalent) in the function (or similar) in which the intern will work. 3\. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook 4\. Effective time management and organizational skills; capable of balancing multiple priorities 5\. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 6\. Bilingual **Preferred Qualifications:** 1\. Ability to exercise independent judgment in accordance with departmental guidelines. 2\. Prior experience applying independent thinking processes to plan ahead, process information, maintain workflow, and anticipate future team needs. 3\. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. 4\. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal direction 5\. Ability to quickly identify and prioritize problems, develop solutions, and meet deadlines. 6\.
