Job Summary: Perform the sheet metal and plate bending process according to technical specifications to ensure precise, high-quality parts. Key Highlights: 1. Parameter configuration in numerical control for bending. 2. Interpretation of engineering drawings and quality control using instruments. 3. Operation of controllers (Delem, Cybelec, Fanuc) and sheet metal development calculations. **Job Objective:** Perform the sheet metal and plate bending process according to technical specifications to ensure precise, high-quality parts. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Programming and Adjustment:** Configure parameters in numerical control (bending angles, thickness compensation, bending sequences). * **Tooling Setup:** Select and install punches and dies according to bend radius and type. * **Technical Reading:** Interpret engineering drawings (views, tolerances, and symbology). * **Quality Control:** Use measuring instruments (vernier calipers, combination squares, protractors) to validate the first piece and serial production. * **Basic Maintenance:** Clean and lubricate the machine to ensure proper operation.
