Responsibilities: * Lead the complete digital strategy for the brand and/or clients. * Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. * Create marketing strategies based on objectives (traffic, leads, sales, positioning). * Define audiences, segmentations, and conversion paths (funnels). * Approve campaign guidelines and coordinate with design and content teams to produce effective materials. * Analyze results, metrics, and performance statistics. * Produce strategic reports and present conclusions clearly. * Supervise campaign continuity and ensure consistent execution. * Propose improvements according to market behavior, competition, and trends. Technical Requirements: * Proven experience managing advertising budgets. * Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. * Knowledge of Tag Manager, Conversion API, and event tracking. * Solid foundation in digital marketing, buyer persona, and funnels. * Use of Artificial Intelligence for analysis, predictions, and reporting. * Basic English (preferred).
