To apply, you must live in Hermosillo or be willing to relocate.\*\*** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Senior Website Developer** to design, build, and maintain **scalable, high\-quality web experiences**. This role is focused on delivering performant, visually consistent, and technically robust websites while ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives. You will play a key role in **leading code quality initiatives, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement**, while proactively managing dependencies, risks, and opportunities across projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, develop, and maintain **modern, scalable websites** using **TypeScript and PHP**. * Build high\-quality **front\-end experiences** with a focus on performance, responsiveness, and accessibility. * Develop and maintain **backend functionality and integrations** using PHP\-based frameworks. * Ensure alignment with **brand guidelines, technical standards, and project requirements**. * Lead and participate in **code reviews**, promoting best practices and high\-quality standards. * Proactively identify and manage **project dependencies, risks, and optimization opportunities**. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including **design, product, and marketing**. * Optimize websites for **performance, SEO, and scalability**. * Implement and maintain **testing strategies** and ensure code reliability. * Mentor junior and mid\-level developers and contribute to team growth. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. **Qualifications and Skills** * 5–7\+ years of experience in **web or website development**. * Strong hands\-on experience with: + **TypeScript / JavaScript** (modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar) + **PHP** (Laravel, Symfony, WordPress, or similar ecosystems) * Solid understanding of: + **HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles** + **Website performance optimization and SEO best practices** * Experience building and integrating **RESTful APIs**. * Proficiency with **version control systems (Git)**. * Experience with **cross\-browser compatibility and accessibility standards**. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast\-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **CMS platforms** (WordPress, Drupal, or headless CMS). * Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines** and deployment workflows. * Knowledge of **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Experience with **analytics tools** and performance monitoring. * Understanding of **security best practices** in web development. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. **About Encora** Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
