Job Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and optimize solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with cross-functional teams **Job Objective** We seek a Salesforce Developer with solid experience in development and process automation, who will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. **Technical Competencies: Salesforce Development** \-Development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components. \-Management of objects, fields, validations, permissions, and security models. \-Design of scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices. \- Automation using Flows \- Design, implementation, and optimization of Flows: \- Record-Triggered Flows \- Scheduled Flows \- Screen Flows \- Migration and replacement of legacy automations (Workflow Rules and Process Builder). \- Package management and Salesforce ecosystem \- Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of managed packages. \- Integration with external applications and AppExchange solutions. \- Version control and deployments (desirable) \- Knowledge of release management and DevOps practices in Salesforce. \- Experience with tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar. \- Environment management (Sandbox, UAT, Production) and deployment best practices. **Desired Qualifications** \- Salesforce certifications, such as: Platform Developer I Salesforce Administrator Platform App Builder \- Prior experience in Salesforce implementation projects or continuous improvement initiatives.
