Apply now to make an impact **Responsibilities** * Represent the team in architecture alignment and technical feature grooming with product stakeholders * Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical features and ensure they support the overall strategy * Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks for implementation * Guide the offshore team in developing, enhancing, and maintaining the codebase * Ensure microservices and REST APIs meet defined engineering standards * Review code and enforce CI/CD practice adherence * Oversee unit testing and quality assurance processes end to end * Participate in SAFe/scrum ceremonies, estimation, and planning sessions * Mentor offshore developers to elevate technical excellence * Monitor delivery progress and proactively address risks and issues * Coordinate technical discussions between stakeholders and the development team **Requirements** * 5\+ years development experience with Java and Spring Boot * Proven leadership skills in leading offshore teams * Project management experience with cross\-functional scrum teams * Strong knowledge of cloud platforms * Solid understanding of Java messaging systems * Expertise in Kubernetes * ReactJS proficiency * Experience delivering APIs and microservices architecture * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Effective communication and collaboration abilities * Advanced English proficiency (C1 — Advanced) **Nice to have** * Experience with Apache Kafka * Expertise in Microsoft Azure * Apache Kafka certification * Azure Solutions Architect certification
