We are looking for **Full Stack Developers** eager to grow, learn, and contribute value both technically and collaboratively! **Work Model:** * **Hybrid**: Remote work with bi-weekly office attendance. * **Working Hours:** Monday–Thursday: 9:00–18:30; Friday: 9:00–15:30 **Role Objective:** Design, develop, and maintain software applications and programs that deliver efficient, secure, and high-quality technological solutions, ensuring proper functionality and supporting business needs through technologies such as **PHP with frameworks and Java/Grails**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Software development using **PHP with frameworks and Java/Grails**. * Development of **REST APIs, HTML mockups, and bug resolution**. * Integration and consumption of REST APIs. * Analysis of functional requirements. * Incident resolution and evolutionary maintenance. * Participation in continuous improvement of development processes. * Adherence to security standards and best practices. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years** of development experience **(HTML, PHP, Java)**. **Technical Knowledge:** * **Java** (Intermediate / Advanced) * **PHP** (Intermediate / Advanced) * **CSS** * **HTML5** * **JavaScript** * **jQuery** * Oracle database management (Intermediate / Advanced) * **SQL** (Intermediate / Advanced) * Experience integrating **REST APIs**. **Desirable:** * Experience with cloud environments **(AWS)**. * Experience developing within the **financial or banking sector**. * Knowledge of **Analytics** (Google Tag Manager, heatmaps) and **database normalization**.
