Opportunities for professional growth **Position: Delivery Manager** We are seeking a Delivery Manager with strong technical experience and leadership skills to coordinate development teams and ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches) * Plan, estimate, and track software development projects * Manage risks and ensure delivery quality * Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to translate requirements into technical solutions * Oversee architecture, development, and coding best practices * Drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance **Technical Requirements:** * Experience in development with technologies such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or .NET * Knowledge of modern architectures (microservices, REST, GraphQL) * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD) * Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases * Knowledge of testing (unit, integration, end\-to\-end) and quality assurance * Application of Clean Code principles, SOLID principles, and development best practices * Knowledge of application security and handling of sensitive data **Key Skills:** * Leadership, mentoring, and team development * Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Organization, prioritization, and results orientation * Conflict resolution capability **We Offer:** * Participation in high-impact projects * A collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement * Opportunities for professional growth If you meet the profile and are looking for a new challenge, apply through this channel.
