Job Description: **Technical Skills:** * Experience in project management. * Prior experience in development activities. * Negotiation and communication skills. * Client interaction and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. * Organized and responsible. * Intermediate\-advanced knowledge of at least one programming language. * Experience gathering requirements from business and technology areas. * Identification of risks, inputs, and dependencies. * Experience developing high\-level technological proposals and solutions. * Knowledge of financial topics, costs, pricing, margins, forecasting, etc. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage tasks to be performed in a software factory project. * Gather requirements from business and technology teams. * Maintain client relationship to address new requirements. * Develop technical and economic proposals based on requirements. * Monitor resource, input, and dependency procurement for project kickoff. * Make decisions aimed at achieving objectives. * Supervise work teams, identify underperforming consultants, provide feedback, and establish OKRs. * Review with architecture teams and technical leaders to finalize the solution to be implemented. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
