This role combines data analysis, campaign operations, and performance optimization across various digital platforms. **Responsibilities** * Plan, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. * Analyze campaign performance and monitor key KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, traffic, and lead quality. * Generate periodic reports and dashboards with clear, actionable insights for the marketing team and management. * Integrate and analyze data from advertising platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. * Identify optimization opportunities in audience targeting, budget allocation, creatives, and conversion funnels. * Design and execute A/B tests to improve campaign outcomes. * Manage daily campaign monitoring and continuous optimization based on defined KPIs. * Analyze competitors, traffic trends, and market opportunities. * Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external agencies to enhance digital strategy. * Support advertising investment planning and data-driven outcome forecasting. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, performance marketing, or digital traffic acquisition. * Experience analyzing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. * Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. * Knowledge of conversion pixels, custom conversions, and Google Tag Manager. * Desired: experience integrating CRM and marketing automation tool data. * Desired: * Experience with Looker Studio or other data visualization tools. * Familiarity with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or other CRM systems. * Experience in report automation, macros, or data integrations. * Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint. * Experience in the real estate sector or lead generation. **Key Skills:** * Analytical thinking and data orientation * Ability to interpret and communicate results effectively * Focus on optimization and continuous improvement * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity and autonomy **We Offer:** * Performance-based bonuses tied to campaign results * Growth opportunity within an expanding real estate developer Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Sick leave days * Free parking * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
