Professional stability and growth Location: CDMX Full-time English (MANDATORY) We seek a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Customs and Administrative Operations Executive responsible for coordinating and supervising processes related to imports, exports, and customs operations. This role will serve as the liaison between clients, customs agencies, and relevant authorities, ensuring efficient handling of documentation, invoicing, customs entries, and payment processes, while also contributing to client portfolio growth and service. Key Responsibilities * Entry and tracking of customs entries according to the specific requirements of each operation. * Management and control of accounts receivable, invoicing, and administrative processes. * Preparation and supervision of invoicing within the C.A.S.A. system or similar. * Coordination and documentary management of import and export processes. * Tracking of tariff payments, receipts, and related documentation. * Continuous and effective communication with clients regarding payments, invoicing, and operational status. * Verification and supervision of customs procedures and inspections. * Preparation and updating of daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel. * Calculation and review of tariff classification. * Support in developing and maintaining the client portfolio. Essential Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, Customs, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in customs clearance. * Proficiency in the C.A.S.A. or ZIPED system. * Experience working with a customs license. * Knowledge of: * Customs entry entry * Tariff classification * ERP-based invoicing * Import and export processes * Accounts receivable and payments * Intermediate/advanced English (mandatory). * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication and client orientation.
