What will be your mission? Supervise and coordinate the telephone customer service team, ensuring clear, timely, and process-aligned responses—especially regarding delivery dates and warranties. You will serve as a key coordination point between customers, construction sites, and technical departments, ensuring timely case follow-up until resolution. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, train, and supervise the customer service team. * Monitor call quality and response times. * Coordinate information with construction, administration, and logistics departments. * Manage and track warranty reports. * Address and resolve escalated customer cases. * Proactively follow up on deliveries, appointments, and potential delays. * Maintain full traceability of cases until closure. * Identify opportunities to improve service and processes.
