




Available position: **Customer Service Executive** A national company dedicated to residential real estate development is looking to add to its team a person oriented toward service and with a passion for customer care. The main objective of the position is to handle and follow up on customer requests through various contact methods, ensuring a positive experience and effective communication with the organization's different internal departments. **Profile requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma. * At least **2 years** of verifiable experience in customer service, call center, or after-sales. * Intermediate knowledge of **Microsoft Excel**. * Familiarity with multi-channel customer service (phone, email, chat, WhatsApp). **Main responsibilities:** * Provide personalized support and assistance to customers through various channels (calls, email, chat, and WhatsApp). * Record transactions, reports, and activities within internal systems. * Route requests or issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. * Provide timely follow-up until each case is closed. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **Location:** Galindas area, Querétaro. * **Salary:** Competitive, paid on a weekly basis. * **Benefits:** As mandated by law, plus additional health and wellness benefits.
