Conduct field visits to potential customers to offer and promote credit products. Advise and guide customers on available financial products. Assess the initial feasibility of credit applications. Identify and refer prospects for credit evaluation. Carry out collections activities with customers to ensure timely recovery. ️ Report daily promotion and collection progress to the Branch Manager. ️ Maintain up-to-date customer, prospect, and activity records in the system. What do we offer? Fixed monthly salary: $9,600 MXN (gross). Biweekly bonus for placed clients: $200 each for 1–5 clients; $350 each for 16–20 clients. Fixed bonus of $2,000 during the probationary period (3 months), increasing thereafter based on portfolio performance. Transportation allowance. Statutory benefits. Working hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Enjoyment of fieldwork. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
