Strategic coordination with various project departments A leading real estate group invites you to join its team as **COST AND BUDGET MANAGER** **Position Objective** Plan, control, and optimize project costs and budgets, ensuring profitability and financial viability through accurate estimation, analysis, and monitoring of financial resources. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience in cost and budget control within the real estate sector. * Experience managing work teams. * Knowledge of medium- to large-scale real estate project management. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and specialized software. **Technical Knowledge** * Preparation and control of construction budgets. * Unit price analysis. * Interpretation of architectural, structural, and engineering drawings. * Regulations applicable to construction and real estate development. * Proficiency in software such as: Neodata / Opus / Presto (or similar) ERP (SAP, Oracle or equivalent) MS Project or planning tools * Evaluation of direct and indirect costs. * Control of estimates, construction progress, and budget deviations. * Profitability analysis. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and consolidate baseline project budgets. * Monitor and control expenditures against budget during execution. * Define and track key performance indicators. * Analyze cost variances and propose corrective actions. * Validate unit prices, contracts, and change orders. * Coordinate with construction, design, procurement, and finance departments. * Generate financial and progress reports for management. * Implement cost optimization strategies without compromising quality. **Skills** * Analytical thinking and financial orientation. * High level of organizational and control capability. * Leadership, team management, and effective communication. * Negotiation and decision-making skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives. * Implement cost optimization strategies without compromising quality. **Work Location:** San Pedro de los Pinos **Salary:** $25,000–$35,000 net monthly pesos **Statutory Benefits** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Neodata proficiency: 5 years (Mandatory) * Real estate cost and budget management: 5 years (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
