




Job Summary: This role is responsible for technical and cost control of construction works, scheduling and input administration, including technical documentation management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical and programming control of construction works. 2. Cost management and input control. 3. Technical documentation administration. Construction Control and Budgeting Activities 1\. Technical Control of Construction Works: **Support the integration of budgets (generators).** **Monitor executed work volumes (quantification).** 2\. Schedule Control: **Track the construction schedule.** **Track material scheduling.** 3\. Cost Control: **Prepare comparative charts of materials and contractors in coordination with Purchasing.** **Prepare and maintain the account status for subcontracted work and subcontracts.** **Review and validate contractor estimates (volumes).** 4\. Input Control (Materials, Labor, and Machinery): **Monitor material consumption (aggregates, powders, additives, etc.).** **Verify material inventory and consumption in coordination with Purchasing (warehouse).** **Verify site requisitions and track supply delivery (site and purchasing teams).** **Record machinery usage (machine hours and rentals).** 5\. Documentation Administration: **Maintain up-to-date technical documentation in physical and digital folders** (according to the checklist). Key Skills: * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Proficiency in budgeting and unit price analysis. * Familiarity with software such as Excel, Project, and Opus. * Organizational skills, leadership, and decision-making ability.
