Our benefits package includes: * **Monthly Salary**: MXN 28,000 (tax-free), statutory benefits, 100% nominal compensation, Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Major Medical Expense Insurance, Grocery Vouchers, Paid Vacation and Absence Days, Year-end Bonus, and Training Program \[access to ISTQB, Scrum, HASTQB, etc. courses and certifications after 3 months\]. * **Work Schedule**: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Location**: Onsite, Polanco neighborhood **What We’re Looking For** * 4–5 years of experience as a Senior Tester, Test Lead, Senior Test Lead, or Senior Test Engineer. * Experience in the banking or financial sector. * Strong stakeholder engagement across various business units, deliverable tracking, risk management, and performance reporting. * 2–3 years leading multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior profiles, and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
