Our offer includes: * **Compensation**: MXN 28,000 monthly, free of statutory benefits (100% nominal), Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Major Medical Expense Insurance, Grocery Vouchers, Vacation Days and Paid Absence Days, Year-End Bonus, and Training Program \[access to ISTQB, Scrum, HASTQB, etc. courses and certifications after 3 months. * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Location**: Onsite, Polanco neighborhood **What We Are Looking For** * 4–5 years of experience as: Senior Tester, Test Lead, Senior Test Lead, or Senior Test Engineer * Experience in the banking or financial sector. * Strong stakeholder engagement across various business units, deliverable tracking, risk management, and performance reporting. * 2–3 years leading multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior profiles, and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
