We seek a technical, solution-oriented professional with sound judgment, capable of taking full ownership of system operations, support, and infrastructure. This is not a help desk role. It is a position for someone who wants to step in, understand, organize, and resolve issues at their core. Here, we do not seek fire extinguishers—we seek those who eliminate root causes. You will work with the company’s internal systems (including training), as well as the full technology infrastructure: hardware, networks, servers, and process automation. **Job Objective** Ensure operational stability of systems and infrastructure by resolving root-cause issues, standardizing configurations, and developing improvements that reduce operational dependency. **Responsibilities** * Technical support to users (hardware, software, and connectivity) * Diagnosis and resolution of failures in equipment, networks, and infrastructure * Network administration (modems, routers, cabling, internet) * Basic server administration, backups, and access management * Configuration and maintenance of internal systems (including training) * Development of automations or reports (Python or similar tools, supported by AI) * Vendor follow-up for technology services * Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance * Documentation of configurations and solutions * Process standardization to prevent recurrence * Resolution of structural problems (not just symptoms) * Participation in implementation of new products/processes **Required Profile** * Degree in computer science, information technologies, or related field (incomplete degree accepted) * Solid experience in technical support and infrastructure * Practical knowledge of networks, connectivity, and troubleshooting * Experience with enterprise or operational systems * Experience in automation (Python or similar) * Ability to work autonomously * Strong follow-up and task closure capability **Highly Valued Attributes** * Resolving underlying problems (not just incidents) * Using AI to accelerate technical solutions * Ability to bring order to disorganized environments * Clear and structured documentation * Job KPIs * Ticket resolution time * Completion rate of preventive maintenance * Reduction in recurrence rate * Operational stability of systems * Correct configuration of new processes/products * Level of documentation and standardization **We Offer** * $30,000 to $35,000 monthly gross salary * Training on business systems * High level of autonomy * Direct involvement in key improvements * High-impact role Benefits: * Study support * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
