**Job Description** At **Quality Ship Suppliers**, we are seeking an **Inventory Coordinator** responsible for ensuring proper control, replenishment, and organization of goods, guaranteeing product availability and quality for operations and customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Record incoming and outgoing merchandise. * Supervise storage, inventory, and dispatch processes. * Conduct periodic physical inventories. * Coordinate receipt, placement, and classification of merchandise. * Maintain the inventory management system database up to date. * Monitor inventory minimums and maximums. * Track purchases and replenishment activities. * Evaluate and monitor suppliers. * Prepare inventory reports and KPIs. * Coordinate warehouse cleaning and fumigation programs. * Supervise assigned personnel and delegate tasks. * Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures and the Quality Management System. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing or inventory control. * Proficiency in inventory and warehouse management systems. * Knowledge of inventory control, supply chain, and logistics. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Availability to work both in-office and on-site. **Skills** * Leadership and teamwork. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving. * Analytical thinking. * Attention to detail. * Service-oriented attitude. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Weekly salary. * Job stability. **Location:** Lázaro Cárdenas, downtown. **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** To be agreed upon.
