Implements batch, expiry date, and FIFO/FEFO controls. • Coordinates cyclic and general inventory counts. 3\. Ensures efficient and secure deliveries to customers and distributors. • Plans delivery routes to optimize costs and time. • Supervises shipments, documentation, and delivery in accordance with orders and administrative requirements. • Monitors delivery performance with customers and distributors. • Addresses in-transit incidents, returns, or claims. 4\. Manages international operations while complying with deadlines, regulations, and optimal costs. • Coordinates international shipments (maritime, air, land). • Manages import documentation (bill of lading, invoices, certificates, permits). • Supervises customs agencies and clearance timelines. • Calculates international logistics costs and optimizes freight expenses. • Ensures correct incorporation of taxes and tariffs.
