Profile: Education: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture. Experience in 3D coordination for detection and resolution of interferences among Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines, interacting with all project participants. Must ensure models comply with requirements established in the BEP (BIM Execution Plan). Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the BIM Manager in creating, implementing, and monitoring the BEP. Collaborate in document management within the CDE (Common Data Environment). Responsible for coordination among different disciplines, as well as tracking solutions for detected interferences. Lead work teams under supervision of the Project Leader. Perform necessary quality-checking processes to ensure BIM model quality. Ensure BIM model compatibility with other disciplines. Monitor project BIM modeling and As\-Built deliverables. Proactive attitude. **Requirements:** --------------- Required Experience: 5–8 years of experience developing information integration processes across various project life cycles. 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator. Knowledge of construction procedures and site execution processes. Experience managing BIM-type information platforms such as CDE (e.g., Autodesk Forma). Advanced Knowledge in: REVIT proficiency (mandatory). Autodesk Forma CDE proficiency. Microsoft Office suite proficiency. BIM methodology knowledge (mandatory). Familiarity with ISO 19650\-1 and ISO 19650\-2 standards. Navisworks proficiency. IFC export knowledge. Intermediate technical English. Vacancy: Direct hiring by the company. Work location: Hybrid model (remote work) with availability for on-site visits to the project site in Querétaro. During the interview, theoretical knowledge of BIM methodology and Revit usage will be assessed; therefore, software access and operation capability are mandatory.
