Proposal of improvement activities and supervision SECURITY COORDINATOR / Intermediate\-Advanced English Your Responsibilities: Design and implementation of secure access procedures \- Develop and implement protocols to ensure secure access to PLATA properties, protecting assets and personnel. Monitoring of private security contracts \- Monitor and ensure compliance with contracts formalized with private security service providers. Single point of contact for physical security matters \- Act as the primary liaison for any activity or situation related to the physical security of properties. Establishment of performance metrics \- Define and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the quality and efficiency of security services provided by vendors. Management of administrative activities \- Carry out administrative tasks, such as updating manuals, procedures, and policies related to physical security. Compliance with access policies \- Ensure compliance with access control policies and procedures for PLATA facilities. Proposal of improvement activities and supervision \- Identify opportunities for improvement in supervision and compliance activities, proposing actions to optimize physical security. Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Physical Security Coordinator, supervising physical security teams and/or managing Access Control and CCTV systems. **Intermediate\-Advanced English** Knowledge of security systems, including: Perimeter Security Systems, Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, Weapon Detection Systems, etc. Availability from Monday to Saturday We Offer: Gross salary: MXN 40,000 SGMM SV 3 FLEX DAYS Statutory benefits Salary: Up to $40,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
