Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Parks Coordinator with field operational experience to supervise and maintain industrial complexes, lead teams, and manage client relationships. Supervision of operations, maintenance, cleaning, and security. INDUSTRIAL PARKS COORDINATOR Required Profile: * Residence in Querétaro * Experience in companies similar to developers/administrators of industrial complexes \- industrial parks * University graduate * Advanced English desirable * Intermediate English (mandatory) * Current residence in Querétaro (willingness to relocate to nearby municipalities) * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar responsibilities * Position with a **strong operational focus in the field**, including site visits and attention to industrial parks, supported by office-based activities. * Leadership, managerial reporting, and interaction with internal clients (tenants of industrial units) RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise general conditions of operations, maintenance, cleaning, and security within industrial parks. * Conduct periodic site inspections to identify anomalies and ensure proper functioning of facilities and infrastructure. * Coordinate and supervise security personnel, maintenance staff, and external service providers. * Verify compliance with the park's internal regulations by companies and users. * Track maintenance work, improvements, and projects within industrial parks. * Prepare operational reports, logs, and incident follow-up documentation. * Manage quotations, comparative analyses, and coordination with vendors for maintenance or improvement work. * Address and follow up on client requests, as well as requirements from authorities or related agencies.
