Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional with experience in document validation, bank reconciliations, and account analysis to ensure proper accounting of operations. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to ensure the integrity of financial statements. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 5 years of experience * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * Advanced Excel skills * Experience with any accounting system (e.g., CONTPAQ) * Knowledge of financial statements **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receiving and validating documents and invoices (CFDI); reviewing expenses and purchases * Performing bank reconciliations and account clean-up * Recording standard financial transactions in the accounting system * Preparing working papers for control and numerical verification * Performing administrative tasks related to filing and record keeping * Validating and recording the company's accounting transactions and verifying their proper accounting treatment * Analyzing and cleaning up accounts * Maintaining appropriate aging controls for balances, both accounts receivable and accounts payable * Preparing bank reconciliations. **WE OFFER** * Statutory benefits * **Bi-weekly payments** * Salary: **$17,000.00 per month** * Uniforms * Bonuses (for punctuality and attendance) **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM **LOCATION** Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas 55, Colonia Centro, Centro, Cuauhtémoc, 06000 Ciudad de México, CDMX Employment type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Education: * Completed high school (Desirable) Experience: * General accounting: 1 year (Desirable) Workplace: On-site employment
