Position Summary: We are seeking a Financial Accountant for a temporary project to manage accounting, taxation, and auditing, with advanced experience in ODOO. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in optimizing accounting and tax processes At Xtreme Park, we are looking for a FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT for a TEMPORARY project of 6 MONTHS. It is essential to have experience in accounting, tax, and audit management, along with advanced knowledge of ODOO, to handle accounting tasks, implement and administer the system, and ensure full compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting * Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and taxation * Extensive and mandatory knowledge and hands-on experience with ODOO, including implementation and management * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis) * Experience in general accounting, taxation, and auditing * Experience managing an accounting team * Experience handling the accounting for multiple companies within the same group FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Recording and supervising daily operations in ODOO, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and review of income and expenses * Bank reconciliations and review of repositories in ODOO * Calculation and filing of monthly and annual taxes: ISR, IVA, DIOT, and notifications to SAT using the ODOO platform * ODOO management: implementation, configuration, optimization, and support for accounting and tax operations SKILLS * Timely identification of discrepancies in ERP data and tax differences * Efficient preparation and submission of reports and tax returns * Leadership in implementing and improving ODOO for accounting and tax processes * Availability and flexibility to address requests outside regular office hours when necessary WE OFFER * Base salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits from day one * Meal vouchers Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work location: Bosque de las Lomas Salary: $22,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Meal vouchers Work location: On-site employment
