




Position Summary: Supervises and manages construction projects, coordinating personnel and project development, performing calculations and budgets, and conducting client follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision and management of construction projects. 2. Preparation of detailed calculations and budgets. 3. Personnel management and project follow-up with clients. Supervisor B Supervision and management of construction projects; coordination of personnel and ongoing construction activities. Perform calculations for assigned projects. Prepare budgets for preventive and corrective maintenance. Carry out assigned project management tasks. · Perform necessary calculations according to projects or installations. · Construction project management (material requisition, timely and proper work inspection, control of supplies, materials, equipment, instruments, tools, client follow-up). · Management of assigned personnel. · Conduct meetings with clients and follow up on projects and installations. · Prepare 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings. · Prepare isometric drawings. · Prepare Excel-based budgets for preventive and/or corrective maintenance, HVAC system remodeling. · Development and delivery of technical documentation folders. · Basic understanding of control systems. · Equipment selection. · Fan pressure drop calculation. · Pump pressure drop calculation. · Perform and understand various psychrometric processes using Linric software. · Perform calculations and selection of project-specific materials (chilled water piping, hot water piping, steam piping, refrigerant piping, diffusers, grilles, valve boxes for chilled water coils, hot water coils, chilled water generators, hot water generators, chilled water pumps, hot water pumps, storage tanks, etc.). · Preparation of formats, procedures, and documentation required by the management system, including dissemination and training of assigned personnel. · Complete assigned internal and external training. · Comply with the 5S Program, Training Program, and Safety and Hygiene Program.
