We are seeking a professional (civil engineer or architect) with solid experience in construction supervision for mass housing and building projects, capable of coordinating teams, controlling quality, and ensuring compliance with schedules, costs, and regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate, supervise, and monitor construction, maintenance, and condominium operations, ensuring adherence to budgets, legal and safety regulations, as well as guaranteeing optimal facility preservation, resident satisfaction, and effective performance of the team under supervision. **Specific Functions** **Construction Supervision** * Review project plans, contractor budgets, and construction progress. * Validate system tests (hydraulic, sanitary, stormwater, electrical, gas). * Conduct daily site inspections and supervise order, safety, and hygiene conditions. * Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and incident logbooks. **Maintenance and Preservation** * Schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Test, inspect, and receive equipment and installations from the developer. * Manage infrastructure resources, tools, vehicles, and personnel. * Prepare annual budgets, purchase orders, and maintenance reports. * Supervise patrols, signage, and response to anomalies. * Provide 24/7 emergency maintenance support. **Administrative Management** * Control inventory of tools and consumables. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and incident reports. * Support management decision-making and propose operational improvements. **Benefits** * Professional and collaborative environment focused on quality and regulatory compliance. * Opportunity to participate in impactful construction projects. * Professional development and growth opportunities within the company.
