Irristeel is seeking a candidate with proven experience in agricultural irrigation design who can also serve as site resident engineer. The ideal candidate is committed and passionate about field project design and supervision. They must possess the ability to create efficient and creative designs, as well as willingness to be present on-site to ensure correct project execution. Responsibilities: \- Supervise and coordinate all activities at the construction site. \- Design and review construction drawings. \- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on-site. \- Design efficient and sustainable agricultural irrigation systems. \- Resolve issues arising during project implementation. \- Maintain control over materials and resources used on-site. \- Prepare periodic reports on construction progress. \- Maintain constant communication with clients and stakeholders. Requirements: \- Academic qualification: Irrigation or Civil Engineering degree. \- Proven experience in design and construction supervision. \- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, CivilCAD, etc.). \- Experience in designing agricultural irrigation systems. \- Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. \- Flexible working hours to accommodate project needs. \- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
