Developing Company is hiring: **Construction Site Resident for Industrial Projects.** **Requirements:** * Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect. * Minimum verifiable experience of 4 years. * Age: 25 to 50 years old. * Driver's license preferred. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Construction knowledge (steel structures, concrete, infrastructure and urban development). * Microsoft Office suite. * Opus. * Diazar. * AutoCAD. * Revit. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Management of personnel and subcontractors. * Supervision of on-site work executed according to established quality, cost, and time standards. * Procurement and tracking of materials. * **Interest in collaborative work, quality culture, continuous process improvement, and openness to new technologies** Salary: $18,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month plus benefits.
