Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement About the Role We are seeking a professional with experience in **promotion and field team supervision**, focused on proper point-of-sale execution, promoter team development, and achievement of commercial objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring brand presence, correct product display, and implementation of commercial strategies across assigned territories. Your Skills and Experience **Academic Background**: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, Sales**, or related field. **Experience**: **Minimum 3 years** of experience in promotion or promoter supervision. * Experience leading **field promoter teams**. * Monitoring of sales, display, rotation, and execution KPIs. * Experience in self-service, wholesale, retail, or traditional trade channels (preferred). **Specific Knowledge**: * Route planning and point-of-sale coverage. * Execution of displays, planograms, POP materials, and activations. * Team performance evaluation (KPIs, checklists, reports). * Training and on-site coaching of promoters. * Preparation of operational reports and basic indicator management. * Proficiency in **Excel, Office, and CRM / promotion platforms** (desirable). **Skills and Competencies**: * Leadership and management of operational teams. * Effective communication and feedback capability. * Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement. * Organization and planning. * Conflict resolution in the field. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple territories/points of sale. **Other Requirements**: * Availability to **frequently travel** to assigned points of sale and territories. * Flexible schedule according to operational needs.
