What are we looking for? * Solid B2B sales experience targeting the Industrial Real Estate sector (REITs, developers, real estate agencies, hospitality sector). * Ability to negotiate with decision-makers (C\-Levels) on strategic ESG services for real estate portfolios, decarbonization, and sustainable certifications. * Ability to build partnerships and open doors in the Mexican market. * Analytical, persuasive profile with strong quota-driven orientation. * Proficiency in using technologies, software, systems, and Google Suite. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and close multiple business lines: from sustainable consulting memberships to real estate portfolio contracts (deal sizes ranging from $500 to $50,000 USD). * Actively prospect and meet with executives to offer regulatory compliance and sustainable finance solutions. * Support the design of highly competitive value propositions.
