This role is critical to guaranteeing a steady flow of high-value opportunities and freeing up the commercial team to focus exclusively on closing sales. **Responsibilities:** Activities listed are illustrative, not exhaustive; any additional instructions may be provided by General Management. * Ongoing Activities: * Demand Generation (Meta Ads): Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Develop and test creatives focused on: Energy savings. Return on investment (ROI). Campaign optimization based on conversion metrics—not just reach. * Lead Management (Inbound): Respond promptly to incoming leads (DMs, forms, WhatsApp), with an optimal response time under 5 minutes. Request and analyze the CFE bill as an initial filter. Classify leads into stages: Pre\-Lead, Lead, Qualified. * Prospect Qualification: Validate energy consumption level and genuine interest in photovoltaic solutions. Send preliminary quotation, address initial objections, and schedule technical visits with a high confirmation rate. * Active Prospecting (Outbound): Generate opportunities via cold calls, WhatsApp, database outreach, referrals, and reactivation of leads in *Frozen* status. * Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) updated with complete and actionable information to ensure a consistent flow of leads to sales and track progress through to conversion into a scheduled visit. * Handoff to Sales: Transfer only leads at the *Qualified* stage (preliminary quotation delivered, technical visit scheduled, expectations aligned) to ensure full clarity for the sales representative (*closer*).
