Professional and respectful work environment COOK Café del Ángel is looking for an experienced cook to join our team in the heart of Aguascalientes. About Us: We are a café-restaurant located in the Historic Center of Aguascalientes, committed to serving high-quality food in a professional and respectful environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare menu items following recipes and established quality standards Produce and prepare ingredients: sauces, stews, chopped items, proteins, and side dishes Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the work area according to sanitary regulations (NOM-251-SSA1-2009) Monitor refrigeration temperatures and record them in designated forms Label production with dates and implement the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system Wash and keep kitchen equipment clean: pots, pans, cutting boards, and utensils Coordinate with shift supervisors for efficient service flow Record shortages and report missing supplies Requirements: **Minimum 2 years of restaurant kitchen experience** Knowledge of basic cooking techniques: cutting, cooking, seasoning, plating Understanding of food hygiene and handling regulations Ability to work under pressure during peak hours Flexible availability (morning or evening shifts) We Offer: Competitive salary Free beverages during your shift Equitably distributed collective tips among the team Ongoing training Professional and respectful work environment ***Growth Opportunity*** Work Schedule: 8 effective working hours per day 1 rest day per week Rotating shifts: Morning (8 AM – 4 PM or 9 AM – 5 PM) or Evening (5 PM – 1 AM) Location: Venustiano Carranza 117, Historic Center, Aguascalientes If you are passionate about cooking, detail-oriented, and seeking a place to grow professionally, we want to meet you!
