Job Summary: CNC machine operator with experience in programming, tool setup, blueprint interpretation, and use of measuring instruments. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of vertical machining centers and Fanuc control panels 2. G/M code programming and adjustment, offset correction 3. Tool assembly and interpretation of mechanical drawings \***CNC Machine Operation**\* Operation of vertical machining centers. Machine power-on, homing, and program loading. Use of Fanuc control panel. **\*CNC Programming**\* Reading and editing of G and M codes. Simple program adjustments. Offset and compensation corrections. Set\-up (machine preparation) \***Tool Assembly**.\* Setting tool and workpiece offsets. Fixture or vise placement and alignment. **Blueprint Interpretation** Reading mechanical drawings. Application of tolerances and dimensions. **\*Measuring Instruments**\* Vernier caliper. Micrometer. Dial indicator. **\*Materials and Tools**\* Basic knowledge of cutting tools.
