Excellent work environment and job stability **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree, incomplete engineering degree, or related field (industrial, mechanical, or similar). * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years as a **CNC Operator**. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **SolidWorks** for interpretation and support in part design. * Operation of **HAAS** CNC machinery (lathe, laser cutter, or press brake preferred). * Reading and interpretation of **engineering drawings and blueprints**. * Adjustment of CNC machine parameters and set\-up. * Use of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.). * CNC programming. * Knowledge of metallic materials and tolerances. * Availability for **NIGHT SHIFT** **Job Responsibilities** * Safely and efficiently operate **HAAS CNC machines**. * Interpret models and drawings in **SolidWorks** to ensure correct part manufacturing. * Perform machine set\-up, adjustments, and tooling changes. * Conduct dimensional inspection of produced parts to ensure compliance with specifications. * Identify and report deviations, defects, or opportunities for improvement. * Comply with quality management system procedures (ISO). * Maintain workplace order, cleanliness, and adherence to safety regulations. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Monthly Salary:** Competitive, commensurate with experience. * Performance bonus. * Ongoing training on machinery and processes. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Excellent work environment and job stability. * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000\.00 \- $28,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
