We are seeking a CNC Machining Supervisor with experience in team leadership, process supervision, and achievement of production targets. **Requirements**: * Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering degree, or related field * Experience supervising CNC machining and lathe departments * Proficiency in operating lathes and machining centers * Knowledge of Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, and Mitsubishi controls * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and cutting tools * Experience managing personnel and conducting interviews * Leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in using measuring equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily operations within the department * Coordinate operational staff and task assignments * Ensure production, quality, and efficiency targets are met * Identify and resolve technical issues * Monitor turning, milling, and CNC processes * Prepare production reports **We Offer:** * Salary: $26,000–$30,000 MXN per month * Statutory benefits * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Subsidized cafeteria * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Full-time / Indefinite-term contract Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $6,496.00–$7,497.00 MXN per week Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Employee referral program * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Application Question(s): * IS THE COMPANY LOCATION AT Av.
