Job Description We are looking for a **CNC Lathe Programmer** with experience in setup, programming, and optimization. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating efficient programs for manufacturing high-precision parts, ensuring quality, productivity, and compliance with technical standards. Responsibilities: * Program and configure the machine on-site according to drawings and technical instructions. (TL\-2\ lathe) * Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and geometric tolerances. * Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feed rates for each process. * Optimize machining time and improve production processes. * Maintain documentation and records of programs. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues. **Requirements** * Minimum 2\-5 years of programming experience. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Knowledge of materials and machining processes. * Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
